Gather all of your ingredients.
In a small bowl combing the mayo and the dijon mustard.
Add in the Thai sweet chili sauce.
Add in the Sriracha.
Add in the sour cream.
Add in your honey and mix everything together.
In a larger mixing bowl add in your chicken.
Pour in half of the bang bang sauce you just made.
Mix all the chicken into the bang bang sauce. Cover and let marinate for about 25-30 minutes.
Thread the chicken onto your kebabs. Turn your grill to medium high heat, and let cook for about 8 minutes.
Flip the kebabs over after about 8 minutes.
Once the chicken is done remove from the heat.
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the cooked chicken, or leave it to the side for dipping. Serve hot and enjoy!
