
Gather ingredients and heat Quattro to medium-high heat

Salt and pepper both sides of chicken breast

Put chicken directly onto Cast-Iron Grill Grate insert and grill for about 5 min on each side

Bring water to a boil in Cast-Iron Kettle insert to prepare it for cooking the pasta

Flip the chicken and cook for about 5 min or until chicken registers 165 degrees on instant read thermometer in center of chicken

When chicken is finished, remove from grill and place to side to let cool

Change the Grill Grate insert and replace with Wok insert. Heat to medium-high heat

Add butter to Wok insert

Add garlic

Add flour

Add milk

Add cajun seasoning and stir

Add yellow peppers

Add red peppers

Add onions and stir. Cook 10 min

Slice chicken into thin slices

Add mushrooms. Cook 5 min

Add parmesan cheese and let simmer until cheese is melted

Add chicken slices and stir mixture

While mixture is simmering, check pasta water in Kettle insert

Add linguine to Kettle

When pasta is cooked, remove from Kettle and place in serving dish
Pour cajun chicken mixture over pasta

Garnish with parsley and serve
