Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients Used:

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz dry linguine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/3 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium yellow pepper sliced
  • 1/2 large red onion sliced thin
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
