Gather ingredients and set grill to medium-high heat.
Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out crescent dough. Gently pinch together the seams.
Melt the butter and speed it evenly over the dough.
Generously sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the melted butter.
Tightly roll up the crescent dough and cut into slices a little thicker than an inch or so.
Place rolls in STOK Kettle insert and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from grill and enjoy! If you'd like lightly drizzle icing over the top of the rolls.
