Prepare and gather all ingredients, and preheat your grill to medium-high.
Add ground turkey and Worcestershire to mixing bowl.
Add in chipotle sauce or favorite hot sauce.
Add in green onions and basil.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Pour in bread crumbs.
Pour in mayo.
Stir ground turkey mixture until all ingredients are well blended.
Form hamburger patties with your hands.
Place your turkey burgers directly on the grill.
Close grill and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
Flip burger after 5-6 minutes, and allow to cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Place turkey burger directly onto a bottom bun.
Place sliced tomato on top of bun.
Place your sliced pickles on top of the sliced tomato.
Put cole slaw on top of your turkey burger.
Close your buns and enjoy!
