Gather all of your ingredients, and place your Wok insert into your grill.
Fill you Wok Insert with vegetable oil. Fill to be about 1/2 inch deep.
In a mixing bowl add in your eggs, milk, and Sriracha sauce, and whisk together.
Now add in your raw chicken and coat the chicken with the mixture.
Now in another bowl add in you coconut, salt, and pepper and mix everything together.
Take your chicken out of the egg and milk mixture and roll it around in the coconut mixture until your chicken is coated.
Once your oil has reached a temperature of 375 degrees, place your chicken into the oil and cook for 4-5 minutes.
After the 4-5 minutes, flip your chicken over and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Once your chicken is cooked through, remove from the oil.
Allow to cool a little and serve with the Sweet Chili Thai Sauce for dipping! Enjoy!
