Turn your grill to high and start boiling some in your kettle insert. While your water is starting to boil, gather all ingredients
Once your water comes to a boil, place your quartered artichokes in the water.
Let the artichokes boil for a couple minutes or until tender. Pull your artichokes out of the water and strain over a grate or in a strainer.
Pull the heart of the artichoke out.
Pour your olive oil generously over the artichoke hearts.
Sprinkle the hearts with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle your cheese over the artichokes.
Place your cheesy artichokes directly on the high heat.
Grill artichokes until cheese is melted. Remove from heat serve and enjoy!
