Add salt and pepper to the flour to taste.
Whisk 2 eggs in a dish wide enough to dip the chicken.
Dip the chicken in flour then egg then flour.
Pour enough oil into griddle insert to cover the bottom. Place on the griddle insert in any preheated Stok Grill.
After chicken browns place it on the top rack and allow to all the way through with the heat in the grill. Chicken internal chicken needs to be 165.
