Gather all of your ingredients and place your griddle insert into the grill.
In a bowl, add in your black beans and the chili powder.
Spread your black beans over the tostada shells.
Place your tostada shells onto the grill and spread the cheddar cheese on top.
Spray cooking spray onto the griddle insert, and crack your eggs onto the griddle. Be sure not to bust the yolk.
Close the lid of the grill to allow for the tops of the egg whites to set and for the cheese to start to melt.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the eggs when they are almost set.
Once the cheese has soften and started to melt, remove from the heat.
Carefully place your eggs on top of the cheese without bursting the yolk.
Top with your freshly sliced jalapeños.
Place your tomatoes on top.
Place a dollop of guacamole.
Add another dollop of salsa.
Sprinkle some more salt and pepper on top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro serve immediately and enjoy!
