Get all your ingredients together and preheat you STOK grill with the Cast Iron Grill Insert in place.
Pull away the outer husk and inner silk off of all the corn and place in a bowl of cold water with one Tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes.
Take the corn out of the water and place on the grill and begin to cook at a medium high temperature.
Place the top on your STOK grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Once corn husk has dried and browned slightly check the corn to see if it is tender. Remove from grill once tender.
Rub the hot corn with your BBQ butter and serve.
