Preheat grill. Take meat out of refrigerator and let it sit on counter top to come to room temperature (30 min).
Season the filets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place filet on STOK Grill Cast Iron Kettle Insert.
Add worcestershire sauce.
Cook on each side 4 minutes undisturbed. Once meat has browned add butter.
Add minced garlic and cook to desired temperature.
Transfer filets to a clean plate. Add parsley for garnish.
