Gather all ingredients.
In a small skillet add raspberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil then reduce heat until mixture thickens.
Spread nutella on both slices of bread.
Put brie on top of the nutella on one slice of bread.
Put the raspberry mixture on top of the brie.
Put the other slice of bread on. Heat up skilled and melt butter.
Place sandwich on top of the butter. Let cook until golden brown. Melt more butter and flip. Let cook until brie is soft.
