Gather ingredients and set grill to medium heat.
Melt butter in kettle, add in the heavy cream, white wine, and lemon juice.
Bring mixture to a simmer and add garlic and green onions. Let ingredient cook for about 10 minutes.
Add in clams and mussels, cook for about 8-10 minutes
Add in shrimp and heat until shrimp are fully cooked and the clams are opened up.
Lower the heat, throw in the pasta and stir everything together.
Serve and garnish with fresh lemon (sprinkle with pecorino romano cheese if you'd like)
