  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 24 clams (2 lbs), scrubbed
  • 24 mussels (1.5 lbs), debearded
  • 20 large shrimp (1 lb), peeled, deveined, butterflied
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Bread

Preparation

Heat Gridiron to medium heat and pour olive oil in Cast Iron Kettle

Stir in the 24 (1.5 lbs) mussels. Cook until mussels begin to open for about 5 min
