Heat Gridiron to medium heat and pour olive oil in Cast Iron Kettle
Add minced garlic
Add dried crushed red pepper. Saute until the garlic is tender
Add 1 cup of dry white wine and bring to a boil
Add can of died tomatoes and bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 min or until tomatoes begin to break down
Add 24 (2 lbs) clams
Stir in the 24 (1.5 lbs) mussels. Cook until mussels begin to open for about 5 min
Add 20 (1 lb) peeled, deveined and butterflied large shrimp. Simmer until the shrimp are cooked through for about 2 min
Add fresh basil leaves and serve with warm baked bread
