Gather all ingredients and heat your grill to high.
Pour vegetable oil into wok insert.
Add in sliced onion and cook until translucent.
Add your bell peppers.
Add in your shredded cabbage.
Pour in 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in your garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add in 1 pound of fresh peeled shrimp.
Mix everything together.
Grill until shrimp turn pink.
Add in your fresh yakisoba noodles.
Pour in honey.
Add in your fresh ginger.
Pour in soy sauce.
Mix everything together again. Grill until most of the liquid begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl. Serve immediately and enjoy!
