Get all your ingredients together while your STOK grill warms up.
Place a Wok Insert from the STOK insert set and add your onions. Place your sliced kielbasa on the grill grate surrounding the Wok insert
Cook the onions until they are clear. Then add the sauerkraut.
Once kielbasa is hot remove it and cut it into 1/4 inch slices.
Place those slices back into the Wok insert and cook for one minute.
Make the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce while cooking. Start with 1/4 cup yellow mustard
Add 1/4 cup honey
Add 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Add 1/4 cayenne
Add a dash of salt
Add a dash of pepper.
Stir to combine ingredients into a smooth sauce.
Once your sauce is smooth add to a container.
