Gather all of your ingredients and heat your grill to medium-high.
Cook your 3 slices of bacon and reserve you grease in the wok.
Spread your tater tots evenly throughout the wok insert and cook. Flip the tots over after a couple of minutes to prevent burning.
While your tots are getting crispy. Break up your bacon into little bits.
Once the tots are almost done sprinkle cheese all over the top of the skillet.
Sprinkle bacon all over the top of the cheese. Close the lid and allow the cheese to melt.
Pour the ranch seasoning into the sour cream and stir.
Check the tots to make sure they aren't burning and to see if the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle green onions on top once the cheese is melted. Serve the the sour cream mixture as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
