Get all your ingredients together while your STOK grill preheat
Add butter to wok insert to melt
Combine the flour with the butter and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add 2 cups of milk and stir until it is combined.
Add the pepper to taste. Add salt to taste, we left it out since the beef is salted.
Add the sliced dried beef to the mixture.You can pull it apart to make it bite size pieces.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly so that it doesn't stick.
Place your bread on the STOK grill grate to toast. Turn over to toast both sides. About a minute a side.
Serve your SOS over the toast and eat immediately.
