Gather ingredients and set grill on medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together 4 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese and 8 ounces soften cream cheese.
Fold in 1 cup of fresh cranberries.
Place cheese and cranberry mixture into your STOK Kettle insert or a skillet depending on serving size to prepare to melt on the grill.
Slice 1 French baguette into even pieces& lightly coat with olive oil & garlic.
Once cheese and cranberry mixture has begun to melt and brown on top, place your sliced french baguette on the grill.
Once baguette slices are slightly toasted, remove from the grill & set aside
Remove White Cheddar & Cranberry dip from the grill. & Serve warm!
